We do not offer refunds or returns, unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective:
In the unlikely event that a product is damaged or defective, we may provide a replacement or issue store credit. To request a replacement, please email us at help@sookieandivy.shop within 14 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the damaged item.
