Return Policy:

Each order is printed on demand and therefore all sales are final. 

We do not offer refunds or returns, unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective:

In the unlikely event that a product is damaged or defective, we may provide a replacement or issue store credit. To request a replacement, please email us at help@sookieandivy.shop within 14 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the damaged item.

Thank you for understanding that our no-refund policy is due to the nature of print-on-demand services. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction. We appreciate you supporting our shop!
