Shipping policy

Please note: We currently only offer Flat Rate Shipping.

Typically, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it will be shipped. While processing times are longer than typical, making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction. Once your order has shipped, most arrive within the following timeframes: 

  •  USA:
    • 3–4 business days
  • Canada:
    • 3–8 business days
  • Europe:
    • 6–8 business days
  • All Other International Locations:
    • 7–20 business days

[Covid-19] Our fulfillment times [for all products] may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We may encounter supply chain delays, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges. 

    • Tax and VAT Policy:

      • At SookieandIvy.shop, we take our responsibilities as a retailer seriously, including compliance with all applicable tax laws. In accordance with these laws, customers may be required to pay applicable taxes and value-added taxes (VAT) on their purchases.

    The amount of tax and VAT charged may vary depending on the customer's location and the type of product purchased. Customers are responsible for paying any taxes and VAT that may be levied by their local authorities.

    We do not have control over these taxes and VAT and they are not included in the price of the product at the time of purchase. If a customer is unsure of the amount of tax and VAT they will be required to pay, we advise them to check with their local authorities.

    • Missing Package Policy:
      • At SookieandIvy, we understand that receiving your order in a timely and satisfactory manner is important. In the event that your package does not arrive, we ask that you follow these steps:
    1. Check the tracking information for your order to verify its status.
    2. Contact the shipping carrier directly to inquire about the missing package.
    3. If the shipping carrier is unable to locate the package, please contact us at help@sookieandivy.shop within 30 days of the shipping date.
    We will do our best to assist you in locating your missing package.
    Please note that in some cases, shipping carriers may require a waiting period before they can initiate an investigation.

        • We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
      • Tracking Your Order:
        • You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please email us at help@sookieandivy.shop
      • Received Something You Did Not Order?
        • If you received a wrong item, please send a photo of the incorrect item and we will work with our supplier to send you the correct item as soon as possible.

      • Damaged or Defective Product?
        • If you received a damaged item, please send a photo of the damaged item and we will send you a replacement or issue a store credit, at our discretion.
