Returns Policy

Each order is printed on demand and therefore all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or returns, unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective:

To request a replacement, please email us at help@sookieandivy.shop within 14 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the damaged item.

Thank you for understanding that our no-refund policy is due to the nature of print-on-demand services.

Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction. We appreciate you supporting our shop!

Shipping

Please note: We currently only offer Flat Rate Shipping.

Typically, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it will be shipped. Once your order has shipped, most arrive within the time frame provided at checkout.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
